I am a 20 something girl with a passion for food and nutrition. While nutrition has always been my passion, I am also pretty good at science, so I have been doing that professionally. My hope is to some day put together my knowledge of science, nutrition, and cooking into TEACHING you how to eat properly, EXPLAINING why the specifics of a healthy diet are as such, and then SHOWING you how to cook it for yourself!
Here you will find recipes that are just as delicious as they are nutritious, and you will find that animal products are kept at minimal to none (as nature intended) and that it is vegetable heavy. There will be sprinklings of nutrition, science, and my ramblings as we go do.
